WINDOW FRAMES REPLACEMENT
- The intervention should be understood as replacement of elements or parts of them already present and not as new installation.
- The window frame affected by the intervention must delimit a heated volume to the outside or to unheated rooms.
- The initial thermal transmittance (Uw) values must exceed the limit values given in Table 1 of Annex E of Ministerial Decree 6.08.2020, for interventions on or after October 6, 2020.
- The final values of thermal transmittance (Uw), in compliance with the decree 26.06.2015 “minimum requirements”, must also be:
⇒ less than or equal to the limit values in Table 2 of Ministerial Decree 26.01.2010, for interventions starting before October 6, 2020;
⇒ less than or equal to the limit values in Table 1 of Annex E to Ministerial Decree 6.08.2020, for interventions starting on or after October 6, 2020.
In addition, relevant national and local regulations in force on city planning, construction, energy efficiency and safety (facilities, environment, labor) must be observed.
INCENTIVES AND BONUS 2024
Ecobonus
Tax deduction of 50 percent for expenses up to €60,000 for the replacement of windows, doors, doors, shutters, and blinds, provided they improve the energy efficiency of the property.
Bonus Home
50% tax deduction for expenses up to €96,000 for building renovation, including replacement of windows and doors. It can be combined with many other deductions.
Bonus Safe
50% tax deduction for expenses up to €2,500 for the installation of security devices, including armored or shatterproof windows and doors. Like the home bonus, it is valid until 12/31/24.
To access these bonuses, you have to comply with certain requirements, such as thermal transmittance values, payment methods, documentation to be sent to ENEA, and zoning and building regulations. Contact us, we offer turnkey service.
