Advantages and functioning of photovoltaic energy storage systems
We propose the best storage system, guaranteeing the highest levels of quality and convenience, depending on use and specific requirements
How the system works at a glance
- Solar panels generate energy that is used directly by household loads.
- The excess energy produced is stored in batteries for later use.
- The energy stored in the batteries can be added to that produced by the solar panels when the needs of the loads exceed the availability of the photovoltaic panels.
- In the absence of light, the stored energy is made available to the loads up to the system’s minimum charge level.
- When there is no demand for electricity and the battery is fully charged, the excess energy can be released, in whole or in part, to the grid.
- Remote monitoring via X-Cloud system.
Photovoltaics with day and night storage
A photovoltaic system, in a very simple way, produces electricity. If this energy is not fully consumed within the home, it is fed back into the power grid and resold during off-peak hours.
It turns out that the highest consumption of electricity occurs precisely at night, when there is no solar irradiation.
To make the most of the energy produced during the day by one’s photovoltaic system, the most logical solution is therefore to combine the system with a battery capable of storing the energy needed to meet energy requirements at night.
A photovoltaic system equipped with an inverter with storage behaves dynamically during the day. This allows efficient use of the energy produced.
» Increase in own consumption from 25 per cent to over 80 per cent
» Regardless of energy price increases
» Continuity of operation even in the presence of a power failure
We offer ‘on grid’ systems, including advanced battery charging and EPS function
- Cutting-edge technology in the field of solar inverters.
- Fully integrated system with on-board battery management.
- Increased self-consumption of the energy generated, with a minimum of 80%.
- Management that prioritises load and storage in the battery over supply to the grid.
- EPS function available in the event of a power failure, with automatic safety disconnect switch for isolating the system from the mains in the event of maintenance.
- User-friendly control panel, with the possibility to change priorities according to one’s needs via an easy-to-use control panel.
- Simple plug and play installation.
- Significant cost savings compared to equivalent products.
INCENTIVES AND BONUS 2024
50% tax deduction
People who install a photovoltaic system and its storage system will be able to take advantage of a 50% tax deduction of the expenditure incurred, until 31 December 2024.
Building renovations at 50%
The classic 50 per cent building renovation bonus remains, also applicable to the installation of energy-saving equipment, including storage systems. Expenditure ceiling of 96,000 euro.
Non-repayable grant up to 40%
Contribution of up to 40 per cent of the cost incurred for Italian municipalities of less than 5,000 that build a new plant to serve an Energy Community or upgrade an existing one.
These bonuses and incentives can make the installation of storage and photovoltaic systems an even more worthwhile investment. Contact us to find out which incentive is best suited to your needs
